today was kinda...neutral. there were good times, and bad times also. english was okay, except that i epic-failed in the spelling test. been so long since we had one..a few years in fact. and then we watched some awesome video where some americans dub audio over some fail chinese kungfu movie. and there's a cow, standing on two legs and squeezing it's udders so milk flies out at the guy. it's totally random xD

oh yes, in the morning when we were playing frisbee, the police came again. it's the 3rd time already, kinda get used to it already. there are always people who make complaints that we are too loud...i mean, even the police know they're being unreasonable. it's like 1130, wtfu already!

well, on the bright side, at least my dad's nice today. well, sort of. he wants to buy me the 2nd 13-inch macbook because he's afraid the first one can't take it as i'll probably be doing photo and video editing next year...heck we'll just go simlim and upgrade the ram and dump in a ssd. according to him, the ssd's super fast. and it's safer too..

sorry, didn't get to post last night because my internet died. and so i couldn't tumblr also.

but now i feel that the photos i edited are wrongly edited. like, i put too much vignette. it changes from day to day..yesterday i felt it was fine!

anyway, i really shouldn't be here. i should be doing chem assignment because it's due friday, and also the chinese paper and suibi. i keep bringing chinese to school, and then i simply don't touch. because i want to have fun in school and i'm annoyed by all the lessons. ppv literarily fries my brains. and then today i took an hour to understand 2 math examples...

and i completely hate bio now. i just don't care, sleep through cell bio all the time. i mean, cell communication, g proteins, kineases, what? didn't listen for the 2nd lecture at all...ahh whatever i'm dropping bio next year

mostly decided on my subject combination next year already. but i'm still not sure about math.

most likely it'll be phy major, chem and math honours..

yay listening to the doctor who soundtrack now. it just makes me happy. like, happy happy. really happy.

right, let me recap today. there was a fire drill, which dr hang said was better because "no one knew about it". yeah right, i think the whole school knew..

anyway we have adrian so we know. and hardik with his many sources.

english was good, because we just watched a movie. it's japanese, about some guy who goes to work as an undertaker. well, sort of, he does the ceremonies and prepares the dead people for burial and stuff. it's quite interesting to watch, but at the same time it's very sad. too much death.

i hate it when there are shows where there's so many deaths. especially in action movies. at least like 10 people die at once and after seeing so much, we just expect death to be normal. but it's not normal, and they shouldn't portray it as such. it's just..wrong.

right now i'm reading a csi book (yes, they write CSI books) about some guy who got shot accidentally on a reality tv show, and before he died he apparently glares at the film crew and flips them off. what? super epic, can't wait to see the conclusion. i'll read it tmr..after pe.

and then we had ace. where we tried to show them the lyrics and stuff and failed quite badly. 1 hour, i think we managed to get like 30% of what we planned done? but after that is chinese, and there is no chinese because wujiong has to go invigilate for a level oral! yes so happy. so we sat there, gossiped, discussed secret stuff for tday (ahem) and wrote a few more verses. the song should be okay now..more linked.

then played soccer and went home. while waiting for hema to complete his math assignment..not bad, scored twice. once off jookee though. but amazingly all the shots miss, but they all seem to hit my bottle..

and jordan is a wall! when you're faced with him, don't even try getting past him..you'll just fail terribly.

this happens to us all, right. i wish my computer had a personality..it'll be so fun.

but then it'll probably rebel and like randomly quit all my windows or something.

i need to go sort out my school stuff now, and attempt to do chem so that i don't feel guilty that i'm slacking so much. bye.

oh yes, canon photomarathon 2011 is available to register already..it seems fun. just running around, taking pictures randomly within a random time frame. and they only announce the theme then, so you have to be creative. but no dslr...problem is, we're going to the tracks which will be closed soon to take photos this friday for media..but i need a dslr T.T

it's just so much better! but i don't have that kind of money and i'm not going to burden my parents with that. they've already given me more than enough already.

hello. loads to do tonight. or today, actually.

my tuesday is now more hectic than ever. lessons until 6, once the econs tutorial starts.

which means 1.5h of break in a 10h day. okay, that's probably better than those who work.

apparently matt smith and karen gillan are secretly married. hahaha. those two are so cute together.

anyway, last night i had some dream about not knowing how to make yorkshire pudding. so apparently i freaked out and tried to remember the recipe, which should be, 1 egg + 1 cup milk + 1 cup flour. that's the batter. and i woke up hungry. oh, that's not good.

it's the tall thing. looks good right.

right, the aim is to be off the com by 9:30. things to do before then :

1. transfer torchwood s3 ep3 and ep4 into my itouch

2. talk to rong and settle the national day stuffs

that's all tall order. and then after that have to go to the PPV tutorial, and tuition hw, because i got tuition tmr. at least we can kick some balls tmr. relax a bit. didn't score at netball today, but intercepted a lot. long pants are annoying sometimes.

but i hated bio. halfway, didn't even know what they were arguing/talking about already..jordan gave up, he just slept. smart move. what GTP GDP GEP GAP balls

thank goodness i'm dropping bio next year. i reckon physics will be better..even though it's bad enough. and not honouring econs..might as well go uni then learn. also not too late.

so i am taking the macroeconomics module i think. and since i think i'm staying back to play soccer tmr, i will need someone to help me do module registration.. maybe jordan/yx/lee..

for a first day of school, it went rather well.

didn't get to play bridge in the morning, because went to class to dump my bag and ended up staying there...then straight to do PA. assembly was boring, except for the random moments of "WHOA". you know what i mean..

in other news today, new york legalised gay marriages, there was a terrible accident on the AYE, and 7 ways to motivate yourself.

go read the articles. about the accident, i find it really bad that the people who died and were injured were not at fault at all. they were trying to help, and somehow they get run over by some freaking bus driver. that's not good..

no, i'm not. just felt like saying that because i'm happy (:

i'm happy because i feel i've spent today well.

had tuition in the morning, which i hated i think, because the woman kept laughing at me because i kept not knowing apparently simple words. cow. and i was very distracted, thinking of doctor who inside my head again haha. so when i was reading it was kinda cut off. like i'll just stop for 4s or something, and then when she's about to prompt me i carry on..

and then lunched, i finished my book. one more to go haha. then i attempted to clear out my school stuff..like, keep the notes and take them out of the files so that they can be used for next sem. only managed math, before going down to frisbee. impromptu, but it was an excellent idea i have to say.

wenxi, edwin, desiree, shi jer, nicholas came haha. and i brought my brother and desiree brought both her brother and sister, so there were "kids". they're not really kids....p3 p4 already. it's amazing how fast people grow. and time passes. a moment ago i was just groaning about how bad the timetable for last sem is, and poof, the new timetable is here already.

where was i! oh yes, it rained, and nic kept throwing the freaking frisbee into random places far away (sort of purposely), and then he walked calmly in the rain to go get it. he was also being a complete cow to wenxi to provide entertainment to the rest of us..if you get it.

tired. another 40 minutes to go before i'm due to go watch hotel babylon. it's an awesome and extremely random show about some people who run a hotel. you should check it out.

played beyblades also! mostly was just spamming them..as many as possible to create epic explosions. but it's dangerous also...sometimes the thing just jumps out at you. i must video it one day. it's like an explosion of spinning shrapnel, just less dangerous.

my mum was forcing food on them, in the end she managed to convince edwin to eat..this is what all mothers need to do in the future. an important skill..

must not be distracted by tumblr! for the moment...

i must say, i find it quite annoying that my camera can't do manual focus. the focus is fixed in the middle, which means i can't really use the rule of thirds at all. annoying..it's either i have the thing in the right place, but it's not focused, or it's focused and it's in the middle and in the wrong place..

but then we had lunch, and then my mum made bread pudding, which wasn't that successful because too little custard. but still nice. and then we made a lot of inappropriate jokes today haha.

oh right, we did go for dinner with my mum's friends, known them for quite some time already. and then walked around being sad while the women walked into random shops. and went to try the slide at t3, but it's super epic haha. it's like damn slow (f0r me), because i'm huge and i was wearing jeans, so friction a lot. and i was stuck at the exit there, have to literarily climb out of the pipe haha. it's more of for kids, but nothing much..
